Bring it up on the screen so you can see the whole thing
Press PrntScrn button to make a screen print of the current screen
Open your favorite graphic program (or the Paint program included with Windows)
Do a paste to place the screen print into the program
Crop, etc. as needed to get the picture just the way you want it
Save as a jpg file

Take the image that you created and export to photoshop cs then do a save as and save the image as a JPG.

cut and paste it into PAINT and save it as a jpg
