When i click my account, it asks me for my password again and it won't take it. it says the attempt to sign in has failed. but it takes it when i get on the internet. it does not do it to any other user on this computer. so how do i fix that? i tried to just close the account but it asks me for the password again and it wont take it. how would i just close it if there is no way to fix it? and yes, the password is right.

Ok, everytime my friends want to send me something online, like a video clip, I download it but then I get something from the computer that says Microsoft Office, on top. Then it has my name in the middle and on the bottom it says to enter a 25 digit authenticity code from either a CD or a Certificate, but I can't cause it was sent from someone else. Do you know what this is and how I can get rid of it?

I am thinking about getting Yahho DSL. I now have NetZero Dialup but I'm having problems and they suck when it comes down to helping me. I read up on yahoo dsl and it said if you order the service they send you the installation kit. The kit includes CD, Modem (if you want) etc....... Do i need to order a Modem? Do'nt my pc have a modem already--That's how i connect using dail up?
I'm not good when it comes to pc's can someone give advice?

I purchased a short pixar film from itunes using my mac(not sure if it matters) and my finace want me to play it on her XP laptop using windows media player. She refuses to download itunes(she hates it), so she has left me with a small task of converting an .m4p to wmv. For those who ask....yes i'm sure it's .m4p NOT .mp4. I thought that FREEDOWNLOADHQ was free, i got my visa bill and it was charged 52.93. for what? i called them , and send my time to cancel was up on sept. 7, 2006 . I removed it from my computer. i don't know what they do. she said have a nice day.

like i figured out that if you email a picture from your file and then go back to the sent email you can click the pic you sent then when it comes up you can click arrows and it shows pictures that like have been saved without you actually saving them when you get on the internet it saves them on your memory somehow so i want to know how to delete all of those things because when i search things on google imags a lot of bad thigs come up and i don't want them on my computer
