what is c.msn.com?

When I login to hotmail I get a certificae authority error asking me if I want to accept an unverified certificate for c.msn.com.........which may be a website trying to hijack the browser session.
Is this a bug with the browser? (it's with the Firefox)

For some unexplained reason the " and @ keys (and it doesn't affect the ' or 2) have transposed. Why and how do I fix it?

I used to be able to open multiple explorer windows at the one time, but now everytime I open a second window it automatically closes the first one and takes its place. Please help, only having one opening when I am checking things out is killing me and causing me a lot more work!!!!
