Poor child
Firefox opens several tabs (websites) in ONE WINDOW.

And I guess I should add:
United States Computer Emergency Readiness Team:
"There are a number of significant vulnerabilities in technologies related to the IE...It is possible to reduce exposure to these vulnerabilities by using a different web browser"
http://www.kb.cert.org/vuls/id/713878
PcWorld Magazine:
"...a virtual engraved invitation to hackers and other digital delinquents, Internet Explorer 6.x might be the least secure software on the planet"

That is so ease,, it don't take the place of the first explorer window, if u click on the opened explorer window in the toolbar then a little table will appear having all the opened windows, otherwise ur computer is having a virus and u have to reformat it to get a good XP window.

It's not a case of her having a virus, it just sounds like she's clicking the shortcut button to Internet Explorer, which automaticly loads the home page in the page you have open. Simply use the start bar link, or alternatively, download Mozilla Firefox. This enables you to have several webpages at once open in the one browser.

there are a lot of steps how to open a couple of windows
1. double click on the IE icon and one the window is already open press CTRL + N in the keyboard and it will open the same page but another window.
2. If you have a NETSCAPE browser it would even be better because once the netscape browser is open, you can just press CTRL + T to add another tab. You can open alot of tabs on netscape but you only have 1 window open =) its nice so that you will not have alot of programs on your tool bar =) hehehe
