I am none of knowledge in computer studies, but intersted to learn tally and proffessions clerical education.I am having a loptop with copier but none of use lack of operation systems.I have already failed to attend the regular/part time computor classes.I am not having any certificates myself ,I have finised junior college studies-arts group.Cause of my private company proffession i am not having time to attend the institutions for learning computor studies.

How do I ensure that changing a file extension from .txt to .asx really changes the file type to .asx?
I need to convert .txt files to .asx files before uploading them to an ftp site. But on some computers the typing .asx over .txt works every time on others I get .asx.txt or .txt.asx as the extension, which does not work. Any ideas about what I can do to convert .txt to .asx every time on every computer would be great. I'm using PCs.

I have a problem with "% of increase" function - when I use 0 as a dividor, Excel shows me an error.

OK, I know it's logical, but I would like to make something like exclusion of that rule. Is it possible to make Excel (actually cell function) to show 0% instead of error in this case?
