Delete them as a group the same way you would delete files on your disk. Click on one of them, hold down the shift key, and roll down the list until you get to the last one you want to be gone. They will be highlighted. Now press delete and they will all be gone. That is as easy as it gets.

I once went on holiday for a month and when I got back I had in excess of 5000 junk emails. I was on dialup at the time and it would've taken hours to delete them all that way, so I emailed my ISP, explained the problem, and they kindly deleted my emails from their server for me.

I would start a new e-mail account, then totally delete your current one. Just remember to send your new e-mail address to those you wish to still have it.

Click edit, then click 'Empty deleted items folder' and they will all be deleted at a click

click the clear all button at the end of the messages and turn on you blocker so you don't get junk mail
