Generally a good thing it keeps you doing the job you are paid to do and increases security. But can probably spy on you too. Spend too much time away from your computer - with a compulsion to go to the loo for whatever reason and you could find yourself sacked and unemployed and unemployable - because every time someone phones your ex - employer he says you are an idle git always in the loo having a cigarette. It's bad...it's a form of censorship and WAY overblocks.
