Get used to it! Even though you're removing tracks on your own accord, the program they use to monitor activities records everything. So your efforts become futile, because it's RECORDED, and the workplace becomes ever so much more Big Brotherlike and so on... It sux, I know. Unless you find a way to log onto the pc as admin, you're wasting your time. Logging on as admin would present no software to beat. Why would they record themselves?! They don't. Only employees. You can't use any software to clean **** out, because what these morons fail to realize is this, it's a networked pc. There's probably admin restrictions to downloading software. Try to download anything and then come back to tell me what happened! lol
NOTE: YOU CANNOT DOWNLOAD SOFTWARE/PROGRAMS ON A COMPANY PC!!! THIS IS DUE TO ADMIN RESTRICTIONS!

deleting history and cookies will delete all records of websites you visited on that computer (unless there are other programs recording your ventures on the internet.) to remove documents you viewed, open up the program (like word processor) and have it delete the list of recently viewed documents. also click start, highlight my recent documents, and right click---> delete anything listed that you want to (this won't actually delete the file, just removes from the list.)

Download and install TweakUI from Microsoft. It's freeware. Check all the boxes on the Paranoia tab.

Your browser should have the capability to DELETE HISTORY among advanced capabilities. Also you can go to TASK BAR Advanced and clear document history.

well it is their PC, not yours, so its not really an invasion of your privacy. I am sure they listen to your voice mail as well.

Beyond cleaning history and cookies, try deleting your temp files as well.
