I purchased a short pixar film from itunes using my mac(not sure if it matters) and my finace want me to play it on her XP laptop using windows media player. She refuses to download itunes(she hates it), so she has left me with a small task of converting an .m4p to wmv. For those who ask....yes i'm sure it's .m4p NOT .mp4. Is there software out there that can make this possible.

I seriously doubt it. Stuff you get from iTunes is Protected, and therefore makes your life more difficult. Select your movie and then select Get Info from the File menu, and under Summary, check to see if it is protected.

Even if she downloads iTunes, you'll have to log in to your account to play the video, and i'm not even sure of it then.
