Ok, everytime my friends want to send me something online, like a video clip, I download it but then I get something from the computer that says Microsoft Office, on top. Then it has my name in the middle and on the bottom it says to enter a 25 digit authenticity code from either a CD or a Certificate, but I can't cause it was sent from someone else. Do you know what this is and how I can get rid of it?

You need the CD key that is on the back of the package of Microsoft Office.

Microsoft Office needs the cd key to open. It is located on the package you got when you bought Office.

You shouldn't need MS Office to view video clips or the like.

If you do need an office program try OpenOffice.

It's free and just as good as M$.

It looks like your computer is trying to open the file with a specific software on your system that needs to be registered. Have you downloaded or installed any media playing software lately? If you have, either register it or uninstall it. that should allow Windows to open the file with the proper software on your system.

It is nothing it is only a file which say you like that, you close that and when you will run your MS - Office you will find that it is working properly.

If you don't have a legal copy, then you may be out of luck.
