I have been receiving emails from paypal saying a payment has been received and then emails from an ebay customer asking for an item, but I don't have an account with either one and have never used either one. What should I do?

it's a great idea! just poor planning and managing in my opinion. just wondered if anyone else thought the same. i tried it for a couple days, all their movies are from either the mid-early ninties or older. OR their hollywood rejects not even worth airing at 3am on a third world cable movie channel, if one existed.

I just talked to one woman of Netzero about some overcharge of this month, and unkindly she mentioned(?) high speed internet for 9.99 a month and while I was still hesitating she made me hold (turned off the communication system) and process the upgrade.I was trying to stop it but i couldn't hold of her. I was waiting 5-10 minutes in complete silence and I lost her. AND 5 MINUTES LATER I FOUND OUT I MADE 1 YEAR CONTRACT WITHOUT KNOWING IT. AND EVEN HIGH SPEED SERVICE INCLUDES "NORTON VIRUS" SHE ADDED UPGRADED(?) NORTON VIRUS SUBSCRIPTION... i CALLED BACK BUT THEY SAID I CAN'T CANCEL IT, AND THEY REFUSED TO TELL ME HER NAME. THEY ARE REALLY RUDE AND IRRESPONSIBLE.
i'M SO UPSET. yOU GUYS BE CAREFUL.
and a lot of agents don't speak English...

We were stationed in South Korea, my apartment was robbed, they stole all my software, a week later my laptop crashes and i don't have the keycodes to reinstall my Office 2003 Student and Teacher. does anyone know wher I can get one? I called microsoft and explained what happened..... they asked me to please bend over and grab my creditcard if I ever wanted to open my files again.
