Ok, everything was working fine, then the F Security Programme Trial I got with the Broadband package ran out, so I uninstalled it and then I couldn`t get the internet, it just could not find the Server. So I did System restore, back to when it was working ok. Everything is ok now, except for this box that keeps coming up every 30 seconds or so. The box says.`Runner Error` on the top aand underneath: RUNNER FILE NAME (FSPEX.EXE) LACKS A `_` (THE APP ID SEPERATOR). I am using Windows XP.

I have Limewire on my computer and of course it causes virus', anyways my computer won't shut down and it has been on since last night, i don't want my computer to burn out so i really need help on this, I need to know how to shut my computer off without messing it up! is it ok. to run--- panda int. security scan,,,,c cleaner,,,,disk cleanup,,,and disk defragmenter...every day ??? lately it has been slowing down every day and find it nessacary to run these...plus rebooting !!!!! am i harming my comp. by doing all these that often ??? any suggestions on the cause and cure ??? please...thankyou for any info !!!!!

Hi All!

I was watching Google Video and I tool a look as what I was watching is 6 hrs long, It was taking up space on My hard Drive, And Now I dont know where to go to Delete it as so I will have that space back!

I have tryed: Disk clean up and all that, Does anyone know where it is Stored at?

Oaky I have a myspace page that has been viewed by tons and I have made tons of friends. I built a 360 page about 2 or 3 weeks ago and there has only been 2 visitors and I have everything set to public. My question is which one do you like better? I have found that Myspace is easier to just brouse around in and find interesting people 360 has had the same blogg people on there front page forever and to brouse you have to pick a subject, hobbie or what ever you can't just cruise around. So which one is it for you????
