It would depend on the type of program you use to access the e-mail, the type of system the e-mail is on, the time limit between when the e-mail was deleted, and when the e-mail is needed to be retrieved. It just varies across different systems.

You will need to provide additional information. Do you use a POP3 e-mail account, is your e-mail hosted through a web service like Hotmail or Yahoo!? Is your e-mail hosted on a Microsoft Exchange server? Do you access your e-mail through a terminal on PINE or ELM via a UNIX or LINUX environment?

For most people, when they delete an e-mail message, it goes into the trash can, or deleted mail folder. If you click the folder you should see a listing of all your deleted e-mails, unless of course you emptied or cleared the folder.

Try checking your old mail box your received mail box your recently deleted even go to your tool bar history and click on it the one that says mail on it because most likely it will direct you to the mail page before you deleted that item you are looking for. Good luck hope this info helps.

Check the trash folder from middle left, and if your deleted mail not here, sorry you can't retrieve it.

the good thing about email is that it is never really deleted. if you have a trash can, click on it and you should be able to retrieve the deleted email. CAUTION!!! once you have delete it from there its gone.
