MMEEEEEEEEEEEE !
ive sold and bought lots of stuff from ebay.
so useful and genious idea, because i always have things i dont need, well they were things that i needed but not anymore, and ebay gives me a chance to sell it to some1 who needs em.
but i mostly use it to buy and as for buying stuff from ebay, ive had no problems and have found real bargains at certain occassions. the perfumes and books i always get em of ebay. oohh so cheap!
in general i dont think ppl should get put of by individuals saying shopping on ebay will get you ripped off. there r simple step by step u can follow BEFORE you place a bid for a purchase along with your sommon sense, then all should be well. ive got a feedback of over 60 from sellers and ive had absolutely no problems of anybody ripping me off.
so, yeah, im a very pleased ebay user!!! :-)

eBay is an awesome tool indeed for sellers and buyers. The key is to know and understand the web and then know how eBay works. If you are a buyer, check out the seller before you bid. if you are a seller, make sure your listing is as complete as possible with clear pics and description. Learn how to use the right keywords in your title and know how to place your item in the appropriate category. Just the tip of the iceberg here.
Despite this, it is not the greatest invention since sliced bread but it can make ya some if ya know what you're doin. (:

I'm a mother of a 16 month old and all the mothers out there probably know how hard it is to go shopping with a toddler, i think that eBay is a great way to shop with out the fuss of bringing out the kids. Some EBay sellers sell at good prices and I enjoy looking for the best deal. I really do enjoy EBay but you have to be a smart shopper. I love it

I think the toaster is the greatest invention since sliced bread. Butter, although only invented in the last 5 years, goes great on it. And if they ever invent jam it would make a great breakfast alternative.

It's okay although as a person of experience many things I have found you can get cheaper off the high street. Also my bank details were stolen by someone who copied Paypal's website and my bank said that is very common so you have to be careful. It's okay for some things but it's just a craze and eventually people will get bored of it.

I've gotten ripped off several times. A friend used ebay once paid with her credit card and her identity was stolen. Great place to shop!

I think it is a very clever idea and a great idea for people. But it is a shame that some people are taking a advantage of this service and people are selling items which don't exist which spoils it for potential sellers and buyers - i think
