I have spent enough time troubleshooting my own computer that I can usually come up with the answer sooner than Tech Support. In spite of that, I have no idea what you are talking about. Either you are getting the words wrong (is it a "runtime" error"?), in which case no one can help you because they will have no idea what is actually happening, or you have a really, really odd problem.
If you want help, you need to copy what the box says, *exactly*. Every word, every number, every comma and period. And spelled exactly the same way it is in the box. Then post it in a question, along with the computer you are using, the operating system, the program that seems to be causing / having the problem, and so forth.
Computer problems are too complex to figure out without full, detailed information. I'm not trying to be harsh, but if you need help, you need to know what you have to do in order to get it. Anyone who offers an opinion based on what you've said so far, is almost certainly making a wild guess (which could well make things a *lot* worse).

Need to be more specifc - when does this box come up - what are you doing - are you on the web or this box pops up when you start windows
But usually if this error comes up is because you are either programming - or writing HTML - you will need to check you syntax and make sure you have a "," between some of your code
If you are not coding then program that you are using is bugged
