Hmm, try going to Start menu > All Programs and see if the entry for Panda has a "uninstall Panda" option. If it doesn't or if it doesn't work then you still have options. You can download and install an uninstaller program. These programs delete files and registry keys belonging to the program in question. There are two software programs I have used with great success. They are TuneUp Utilities 2006 (http://www.tune-up.com/) and Iolo's System Mechanic 5 or 6 (http://www.iolo.com/sm/index.cfm). Each is a suite of system utilities which includes an uninstaller. Both offer a 30-day trial period. The program is fully functional during the trial period and not crippleware. Both use wizards to guide you through the process of removing a program. It is extremely easy to use and incredibly efficient.

The second option is much harder. It requires you to go in to the registry and manually delete Panda's registry keys. If you are not comfortable with this then try the first option.
