hi, Humanz i need a BIG help in DSL, cuz i don't know none bout installing it, here (in KSA) u need to ask the telecomunication company STC to get you a DSL Line, then u need a modem, and a network card, OK! , . the problem iz i need to know that if i need a diffrent wire or simple phone line, and do i have to do the long story ip and settings if i would like to share it with other pc in home, please help ME. and thx

I opened a word document that had a hidden executable file. Can this be done? Normally I don't open exe.files, but this one was hidden and when I opened the word document, it opened the exe file. How is this possible?

Im tryin to convert some video files (.avi) to dvd format. Ive tried using Nerovision but it seems the quality of the end product sucks bigtime. THe only think I like about Nerovision is it is so easy to use and doesnt take too long. Are there any other BETTER programs out there?

I have to enter a little bit of XML code into a forum because I'm making a tutorial about making buttons on Google Toolbar. Hi, I want to make my own website for business use, I don't mind paying a reasonably small amount for it, as i have read that free web pages are often plagued with pop ups. I am coding a web page that uses ASP controls "asp:radiobuttonlist" and "asp:checkbox". I want to code event handlers that enable and disable other controls based on what these controls are doing. Here's the problem: I don't want to do an auto postback because the page refreshes and the scroll bar goes back to the top of the page. I would rather these behave like traditional HTML controls with Javascript event handlers, but I don't want to do that because I am populating the controls out of a database.

Is it even possible to do this? Am I just screwed? Is there a way to make Javascript pick up events from these controls and then enable/disable without reloading the page?

My computer was never with word on it; it did have Notepad or something like that. But, now that's not even working...Is there some way I can down load MicroSoft Word (98) for free? I only want to use it, or anything for writing letters and what not. HELP please!!!

I have a Biostar T force 6100 motherboard and stock cooling. I have Corsair XMS memory (2 GB of it). Every time I go past 2.3 Ghz, the computer won't start. If I lower the FSB frequency, I can get it to 2.4 Ghz, but it's not good performance that way. What kind of cooling should I get? Any fan recommendations?
