How can you see a torrent movie?

I've downloaded many torrments anime shows, how can I see them. Can anyone help me out here, I've tryed everthing, help me please

Hey if you downloaded it fully it can be viewed with ordinary players.... Hey if it is incomplete try "DIVX" Player... tat will do...

Please list for us the extension (the three letters after the "." in the file names) as how you view it is different for each different type of file.
