how can i fix this problem on my computer?
it is not all numbers, just on certain websites where they give the price in number with decimal point

Are you using a web browser other than Internet Explorer? Most websites are optimized for Internet Explorer. On other web browsers, like Firefox and Opera, there are a few websites that are not displayed correctly.
If you are using Internet Explorer then the problem might be the font you are using within IE. To check IE font settings go to Tools > Internet Options > General tab > click on [Fonts]. Make sure "Language script" is set to Latin and "Webpage font" is set to Times New Roman.
