On your monitor (if you have a PC or Dell, that is what I have) there is a menu button, press that and then use arrows on the monitor to move to Rotation, push menu again and then use the arrows on your monitor again to adjust the position of the screen.
If that does not work I do not know what to tell you.

I have a monitor that turns 90 degrees for easier web page and word document viewing.
If you have an ATI card there should be an icon in your system tray. Double click it and in there's an option in there to rotate OS.
Although other cards may be similar... mine is ATI and that is how I rotate mine.

this is under the control panel, you will most probably see
a icon for your VIDEO CARD.
right click desktop and properties might also take you there.
Without u telling me exactly what video card u have i cannot help more
