Im looking for a free program...but a trial is ok too...help me please

I have it created but when people go to it, it says "page not found". The geocities help is not helping me. It said something about publishing but didn't say how to do it. I don't have a domain name just a free geocities site. it's suppose to be at geocities.com/hazyseptember

i have a notebook, i was playing a game on it when it just switched off. When i swtiched it on again, the screen appeared was upside down.The notebook though seems to be working properly except for my monitor which appears upside down
