I am thinking of buying SE submission software or useing a service that does this.Any thoughts which is the best software to
use to get my message out.
Also any good email opt-in or submission software companies you can recommend?

Beleive it or not site submission software is a complete waste of money and time.

Submitting to search engine sites is free and you can do it right from Yahoo, Google, MSN, etc. Most of the lesser known search engines get their results from the major ones so you don't have to submit your site a thousand times.

if you have a business don't take the cheap route by submitting your site yourself. get a proffesional to do it for you. this way you'll get a much higher ranking in search engines and indexes.

if you don't have a business i believe the best thing to do is to submit to each one individually. this way you can choose how your site is categorized. search engine software would just submit it in a general category.

atleast find out first before giving them your money.

one last thing. the only way to get a high ranking in google is if you have a lot of sites linking to you. no amount of money can get you a high ranking there. you will be banned if they catch you asking others to link to you
