Morning! To get rid of unwanted software you want to go to add remove programs and remove them. To do this you want to click START, Control Panel and then look for Add REMOVE PROGRAMS. Open this up and wait for the list to populate. When the full list comes up go down and select the programs you want to remove and remove them. Some programs have unistall features directly in the PROGRAMS menu on the START tab and you can get rid of them from their easiest. Once you have deleted all the programs you want you should prob run a defrag. This will help to compile all the free space on your disk that is now defragmented all over the place. This should help. Good Luck!
