Well, it is good that you still have your Internet connection because you'll need to download and install several anti-spyware software programs. There are three (3) free anti-spyware tools that can help.

1. Spybot Search & Destroy
2. Lavasoft's Ad Aware

spybot search and destroy is free - but i am not sure if it will take it out for you. try downloading it and see if it works.
