I am unable to make FOLDER By the name CON in my computer . Can anybony help me or tell me why its not created.

CON is a name reserved by the Windows operating system. You can't create a folder with names like COM, LPT1, COM1 etc.

con is reserved for old dos, it cannot be used for anything else
