Sometimes I make a mistake & don't realize that the driver of the other car arrived at a stop sign just a split second before I did. Or sometimes I don't notice that I arrived there first just an instant before they did. The timing all looks so close, so I tend to assume we got there at about the same time. I am not sure what to do cuz it's hard to tell the very small difference in time.

So my last question was kind of badly worded. So I will provide a diagram. According to him, he was behind me, thinking I was going into the left turn lane, but nope. He said in front of him was a car, and to the left was other cars, so he went with me, and was on my right while I was trying to do a U-turn.

When I went up to him, he was talking on a phone. I do not know if he was during the accident. Me, what was I doing? I was trying to do a U-turn, going into the suicide lanes or saftey lane area, and going for it. I did not expect a car to be next to me. Look at the diagram. I did it decent, and by no means consider it accurate, just what I could do in a few minutes or something.

I am red, he is blue. Who's fault? I know I was at fault cause I decided not to use the left turn lane because it said No-U Turn and I decided to do it before the left turn lane.

tailgating seems to be an offensive / dangerous thing to do while driving. i think its dangerous because the other car might slow down.. but how would it be offensive? (besides maybe the fact it tells you that "you drive too slow"?)

a friend of mine said he tailgated someone because that person pissed him off.. (probalby not a smart thing to do.. but i take it that tailgating is offensive. how?

I have to get the perfect gift for a special person (see a previous question I posted). I heard the Corvair is a very unsafe car, and often explodes into a fireball without warning. This sounds like the ideal car.

I haven’t had much luck finding one yet. What other cars have been known to just blow up??

well it didn't exactly fly - pulled in front of me, I noticed sticker on the back "Please drive carefully - children on board". Now this mother was well over speed limit, driving with one hand cos she was talking on her mobile with one child in the car. My question is - Do I have to drive carefully to subsidise her carelessness or should her sticker have read something else? What do you think it should have read?
Sorry about long question but couldn't think how to word this best.
