Reading th AutoExpress magazine a few months ago I came across an article stating the amount of fixed speed cameras within different locations throughout the UK. There are only 4 located within the Cleveland area. Does anyone know the exact locations of them. Thanks

When I started driving I was taught to be respectful and warn oncoming traffic if a police car was up ahead. Do you do this? Have you ever heard of it before?

I was so gutted tonight to learn that he was involved in an accident. I am wondering whether Top Gear should seriously calm down their antics now. He is such a great guy. What do you think?

While I am entering the freeway on the on ramp I stay in the right lane coming on. The car that is already on the freeway is in that lane, when I enter I look over my left shoulder to make sure I do not get in the way of on coming traffic. I speed up to enter onto the freeway. Now here is the question. the oncoming car comes up on my bumper do I suppose to move over, which there is know room to move over, the car turn on his bright lights or either ride my bumper. Who in the hell has the right away. This has happened to me several times. Someone get me straight.

How often do you hear somebody complaining about getting "done" for speeding? Why are they complaining? They broke the law, got caught and got punished, same as any other criminal.

If you tried getting sympathy for being late for work due to an over fastidious security guard at the supermarket having finally caught you stealing Mars bars on your way in to work every day, you would be ostrasized as a thief by all except other criminals.

If you go into pretty much any social setting and complain that you got pulled, or caught on a speed camera, however, numerous people would join in sympathetically berating the authorities for picking on you all.

Now, what's the worst thing that can happen if people habitually steal chocolate bars from supermarkets? The prices go up and maybe there's one or two less job vacancies with that company, but overall, there's no great loss of life.

Drive into something at high speed, though, and we're talking fire, death, carnage. What gives?

I was unfortunate to witness such a thing the other day and have it burned into my memory. I won't go into the details (no gore, but it was weird).

The guy drove off in front of god and everyone. He didn't even seem to care that the dog was 20 ft in front of him. Although, he was older and might have had vision problems?

I don'tknow, but it was very painful and keep scomign back to me. Why would someone just drive off, even in embarrassment? More importantly, why didn't he stop?

I still can't believe my eyes.

It is so frustrating nowadays driving and people just disregard the yield sign. Even when there is another car next to me in the left lane, folks still are not yielding.

I am a 16 year old from Michigan, and was recently pulled over for going 107mph in a 50mph zone; the officer called it reckless driving. My car was impounded and I was taken back to the police station and put into a holding cell until my parents arrived to pick me up with $100 bail; I have a court appearance coming up (not sure when).

Could anyone help me out by informing me what may happen as far as license suspension, probation, fines, and possibly suggest how I may be able to avoid some of these disciplinary actions?

Thanks in advance =)

Many of us have cell phones, so calling for help ASAP can hopefully help save the poor animal. Also, if there's an already dead animal on the freeway, who do we call for removal of the animal without having more cars run over it or swirve around it?

I got caught in the rain on a recent trip, and my tail light filled up with water. Before I could get it to the car dealer to ask them about it, the cover came UNGLUED and fell off. They are telling me it is no longer under factory warranty, and the BUMPER to BUMPER warranty that I paid for does not cover tail lights. Even if I pay for the repairs, what happens next time it rains on me? Any advice?

Last wednesday I was about ready to back out of my car until this truck can so I pulled back into my packing spot. There were people across the street watching me and the car that was next to me was parked close. So I pulled out again but it wasn't enough and I tap the car next to me on the front end. I didn't know what to do so I panic and I left. I found out later that you are supposed to leave your phone number and name. The people across from me either told the people the car I hit or they call the cops themself. The next day the cops came to my house and since I was working they left me a business card about the accident last night. The same day I called and left a message. I still didn't get a call and I'm wondering what I should do. I'm not sure if it somebody from my church or somebody else. If you were in the same situation what would you do if you didn't know how car it is and the cop never call you back. Tomorrow is wednesday and I have to go to my church.

If a fantastic looking car has a safety rating of 0 would this deter you from purchasing it.
Similarly if the car rated 10 out of 10 looked awful but is the safest thing on 4 wheels why would you not buy it?
