Anything that can travel 100mph+ and can be completely operated by one person is not going to be 100% safe.

Most cars are today. It is usually the driver who is unsafe. But there is no motor vehicle "Completely Safe".

Cars are perfectly infinitely safe.

The operators of cars, people, they are not safe.

Safe is such a fuzzy word anyway. What does safe mean?

yes, they do multiple tests to insure this. Although, Some drivers are not safe.
