Last wednesday I was about ready to back out of my car until this truck can so I pulled back into my packing spot. There were people across the street watching me and the car that was next to me was parked close. So I pulled out again but it wasn't enough and I tap the car next to me on the front end. I didn't know what to do so I panic and I left. I found out later that you are supposed to leave your phone number and name. The people across from me either told the people the car I hit or they call the cops themself. The next day the cops came to my house and since I was working they left me a business card about the accident last night. The same day I called and left a message. I still didn't get a call and I'm wondering what I should do. I'm not sure if it somebody from my church or somebody else. If you were in the same situation what would you do if you didn't know how car it is and the cop never call you back. Tomorrow is wednesday and I have to go to my church.

I would call the police one more time, and note the date and time of the call, just so you can say that you tried.

I agree with soap, lol. incredible. At this point tho, I believe I would call an attorney. You left the scene of an accident. Period. Or contact your insurance carrier.
