I'm trying to find an attorney in the SoCal area with experience in dealing with hearing loss (inner ear damage) caused by airbag deployment. The referral services in my area (Inland Empire) are of not much help. Any ideas ?

now that the new laws for child car seats come into force does that mean we will no longer see stupid irresponsible people and parents letting their kids just float about in the back and front seats of their car while they are safley strapped into their seats themselves.

I have 3 children (3-8yrs) and i am pregnant with no 4 and looking for a new car. I really do not want a people carrier (children seem to just be sitting in a boot in these) and have found the Fiat Multipla and the Honda FR-v have 6 seats - 3 in front and 3 in back which is ideal - but can my 8 year old travel in the front or is it illegal?

Thank you for your help in advance
Cal

When defrosting the front windscreen, is it necessary to have the A/C system running ?
(I know that the fan has to be running and directed at the screen)
The user hand-book seems to imply that it is necessary.

I did actually notice more cars on the road today. Because of differents heights in children parents would have to cater for others children too so now they'll all take their own. what do you think? Yet another thing for the government to cash in on!

How many rules of the road should they be allowed to break.? They ride down one way streets, ride on the pavements, ride through red lights and through pedestrian crossings when pedestrians are crossing. Who else has noticed this? It may be time saving for them but is it not illegal? What happens if they hit someone.?

I think because there have been so many deaths and confusion regarding what you are allowed to drink before being over the limit, people should not be allowed to have a drink and then drive this way everyone knows that if you do then you are automatically breaking the law.

Has anyone ever reported a driver that tailgates to close? I had a 2 year old child strapped in the rear carseat and driving the speed limit. I looked in my rearview mirror and saw this pick-up truck speeding up behind me. He got so close that I couldn't even see the headlights on his truck. I called 911 and made a report. It terrifed me to know that if the driver rear-ended me..the little child riding in the back could have been hurt or killed. The driver was pulled over about a mile ahead..The police responded as soon as I made the call. I can't believe drivers take chances like they do when so many people have cellphones to report their wreckless driving. I have a police scanner in my home..Most calls reported are wreckless driving.
