You are in the right hand lane of a 4 lane highway. At a red light. The light has a right turn green arrow that turns ON. That means; you can make a right turn....

So why do people still sit there, not turning? Until I BLOW MY HORN?

I just heard a friend of mine from high school bought a Harley.
She never did learn to ride a bicycle that I knew of, so I am wondering if in the 24 yrs since we graduated high school maybe she learned to ride a bike, or is someone else driving her Harley? Technically, she cannot balance a motorcycle if she never learned to ride a bicycle, isnt that correct? haha!

I live in a rural area and the nearest town with a grocery store and gas station is 7 mi away.
Can I go to this town on the moped? Do I have to put license on the moped at the drivers license facility?
Is insurance required on a moped?
Tell me what you know about it please. How fast do they go and where are they legal to putter around at?

Everyone knows that running your A/C causes the driver to use more gas. During the summertime the temptation is too great to run my A/C. The question I have is this: Once the A/C is on that's it you are wasting gas no matter what the setting? so you just as well crank it up? or will I use less gas if I turn the fan on low rather than high? or will I use less gas if I turn the temperature knob closer to a moderate temperature rather than all the way to the blue?

Passed my driving test in a new Honda Jazz could drive it perfectly, no problems. Have just bought a VW Golf (used) and took it for a test drive.... I was kanagrooing, over revving engine, problems with biting point... you'd have thought I'd never driven a car before it was that bad !!! Has anyone else had this problem....I mean got a different car and had problems getting used to it? Is this normal or is it just me? The guy at the garage then drove it...and he drove it fine no problem. My confidence has gone down the pan.

I don't know where to look, or who to ask. We would love to have someone donate any type of public transportation vehicle to us. School buses, public transit buses, even a shuttle would be nice.

Ok, so my father has a skin condition and does not drive a vehicle, which gives me the excuse to tint my car 20% (30% is legal limit in Indiana) because I drive him to work a lot, what if I get pulled over by a cop and my father was not in the car, would I have to show a Doctor's note for my father for the tint? Would the cop understand or would he still give me a ticket?
