$67 + shipping is a ripoff-I always Used to use J C Whitney for this stuff but thier website is unuseable-unless you want overpriced add-on junk. These tailites have seperate lens but everybody wants to sell the whole thing-already been to local junkyards.

I own a 2002 es300, with 89000 miles. Recently, I have been having to go to the gas station a lot more. I have a digital mileage reader, that tells me how much gas I have left. And it goes down really quickly. What can be the problem?..feel like I am driving a Hummer!!..I mainly drive it in city. The car is suppose to have 22 mpg, but by my calculation, its only 16.. WHATS THE PROBLEM!!!

I have a 1980 chevy c10 pick up.
It smoked really bad for 10 minutes when I got it but ran great. all of a sudden I couldent go up to 65 m.p.h.. I checked the compression on all cylinders and all were good exept the one with 0 compression(dry test). The cylinder with no compression had oil on the spark plug. I cant hear any unusual noise, it smokes again, so is it the rings, head gasket or valves.

The engine runs perfectly and the transmission feels fine. Are there any future problems that I should expect caused by the rollover or is it possible that if the car is running fine it means that there was no major damage?

I've recently posted a question asking if it's bad to add 35hp to a 2000 Crown Victoria by simply installing a program into the ECU. Seven out of eight people say nothing will go wrong with the engine, but I didn't specify that it will also add 35 more lb./ft of torque. That is why I'm asking this question.

I have a 2006 Sienna. What could be the reason that my car broke down? Is it because I need to replace the battery?

My car is a lemon and I have a claim on it a few months ago. Anyway, my i wanted to check my tire pressure but didn't know how psi i should put so i opened the drivers door and looked at the sticker there and it said "manufacture date 8/25!
So that means August 2025! I went to a local shop and asked to make sure and they confirmed it!
should i let my lawyer know or it doesn't really matter?
thanks!

My car won't crank normally I have a 92 Ford Crown Victoria and it wil not crank normally. I changed the starter the battery and the electrical part of the ignition switch it and still won't crank. To crank it I ran a wire from the starter snd I have to touch the battery to crank it. I was told its the starter relay but I can't seem to find it. I have a Hayes manual and they show it as being by the air filter but I can't find it

I have a 2000 dodge stratus with 2.4 engine.
For the last 2 months it has been starting hard. Turns over 4 about 10-15 seconds before starting, then runs rough for 10 seconds, strong oder of gas.If you shut it off and restart within 5 minuts its ok, wait 10 or longer, starts hard again and the oder of gas.
Drives fine unless you try to accelerate quickly then it spits and sputers, let off the gas a little and its fine, this part has been getting worst.
Check engine light has not came on.
Blew the timing belt last year, I have a non iterfearance engine, but for some reason the coil blew and the computer quit. New timing belt new coil and a used computer and I have been fine 4 10 months.I travel alot for work so my mileage adds up, 30, 000 in a year, car has 160,000 miles.
I just changed the plugs and that hasent helped at all.
Anyone have an idea, I can do most of my own repairs when I have an idea of what it is. I am thinking electrical, maybe a senser,
Thanks i advance

My 2003 Honda Odyssey is making a weird nose when I try to start it. It will start, but acts like it doesn't want to. It takes it a few tries for it to catch.
My hubby is deployed and I have three toddlers, so it is extremely difficult for me to get to a mechanic....though I will if I have to.
I have to drive 1 hour to and from the airport tomorrow to pick up my father-in-law. Do you think it will make it there and back alright? Any ideas what it is and what I should do?

I went to Tire Kingdom recently and they tried to persuade me to get a tire alignment as part of my car's maintenance. But it handles just fine and I don't really have any problems with the steering. The tires themselves are okay, too. Were they just trying to scam me or are tire alignments really a preventative maintenance procedure?

I have a honda with a lot of miles, actually 221,000 miles on it and it is losing oil, since there is no place it is leaking it is safe to assume I am burning oil slowly. I am losing a quart about every 500-1000 miles. Some people may say that isn't much, but that is a lot for a honda. Anyways I want to know if I should use 20w50 oil or not. It is pretty darn thick. But I tried 10w30 and still had leaks. I should have probably tried 15w-40 or something like that. I have heard about thick oil is harder to circulate and can cause damage. Right now I have about 2 1/2 quarts of 10w-30 and one quart 20w-50. The car feels like it is running smoother. But I don't know if I should completely change the oil to 20w-50. And no there is no compatibility problems between the two oil I have used. I check everyday for the foaming oil signs. Also I have no smoke coming out of the exhaust, so my best guess it that it is a consistent leak. Any help needed, mostly about oil weights. :)
