The engine runs perfectly and the transmission feels fine. Are there any future problems that I should expect caused by the rollover or is it possible that if the car is running fine it means that there was no major damage?

Anything is possible. However, most cars that have rolled over still have plenty of good drive-line components. If it was a relatively gentle roll over there is probably only body damage. More sever roll overs can damage suspension components and really sever roll overs can trash an entire vehicle.

If it started and ran after the rollover it's fine.
