Hello Everyone! I drive a 98 Honda Civic and the winshield wipers just come on by themselves and I can't turn them off. It's really werid. They stay in the up position too they won't go down. I tried taking it to the shop and they said they have never heard of this problem before. What should I do? IT makes the car look tacky....

I have a 92 honda accord ex that starts up immediately some times and others takes approx. 3 trys. A mechanic said it may be the temp sensor. My question is: If it is the temp sensor how can I replace myself? What are the steps? Also, could it be some other problem other than the sensor?

Thanks,
tdsilk

Recently I have been having issues starting my car and car stalls while driving, The symptoms occur during hot weather or hot car interior.

I brought it into a repair facility and had a costly Distributor, ignition wires, spark plug replacement. The problem came back a day later, where the shop changed my fuel pump at no charge. Today, the problem came back. I went home and did some online research and found out that there was a recall on my honda accord ignition switch that began in 2002. Is it too late to bring it in?

I have a 2003 Civic Si and the dealer said to use premium fuel only. The manual says to use regular. Am I wasting money by using the 93 octane, or is it actually better for the vtec engine?

any ideas??? my car will only overheat after driving about 20 miles on freeway and come to a stop. once moving the car will come back down to mid temp. i had to turn on the heat today in an accident so it would not overheat. i took to the dealer and they said they could not verify. i checked the coolant and made sure there was not an air pocket. coolant looks good, both fans are coming on. the car has 65k on it. when i come to a stop and it is on mid if i give it gas and rev only 500-1000 rpm's the gauge will rise. has me stumped. any thoughts????
