The self propelled throttle cable shows a turtle and a rabbit And how can i know putting it in turtle will turn the wheels slow and in rabbit will turn the wheels fast? (hydrostatic transmission) hopes this helps

Let me ask this, does the speed of the engine change when you move the throttle lever? If so then that does not control the self propel, it controls the engine speed. There should be another lever to control the self propel, and is is near the "bail bar", or the bar you have to hold to keep the engine running. If you have the hydro transmission, then the orange lever next to the engine speed is what controls the speed of the self propel. Please refer to your owners manual. If you can't find it go to http://www.hondapowerequipment.com/own.htm and follow the instructions.
