If its not to much trouble can you explain why you would choose that particular vehicle.

I agree with poster 2, the Accord makes alot more sense in the long run and will be more useful and less expensive to maintain. Both cars are worth about the same and will hold their value, but the sportcar will mostly require more repairs, burn more gas (definitely) and also cost you more in insurance then the Accord. Since the Accord is much newer it likely still has some warranty and won't need as much costly maintenance as the Z350 will. However, if you can afford it and its really the car you want now is the time to get your dream car. If you wait you might find yourself married with kids and it would be impossible to own a sportscar then.

If this is going to be your primary vehicle, I'd choose the Honda.

I don't have anything in particular against the 350Z, except maybe for the fact that it grossly overweight for a 'sports' car (I know, it's more of a tourer than a track machine). Both cars benefit from modern manufacturing techniques and engineering, but even so, the Honda is probably going to last longer. Practicality weighs heavily on my choice as well, as the Accord will seat four adults in comfort, and carry a goodly amount of cargo (even if it's the coupe). The Z is a two-seater, and has minimal trunk space. The kicker is year-round drivability. I know that with snow tires, or even chains, the Z-car could be wrestled around in fairly adverse conditions, but I would much prefer the Accord in the white stuff (this may not apply to you, unless you live where it snows in winter, as I do).

The Nissan Z is a great looking car but the Accord will last a lot longer. Probably twice as long. The Nissan Z is faster and sportier, but the Accord is more reliable, bigger. Honda makes the best cars. I have a Accord Coupe and you can make them look really good with some nice wheels and a body kit. My friend has over 300,000 miles on his accord and it still runs good. The Nissan Z might last you 150,000 miles if you baby it.

The Honda will be more reliable and practical go for it. And I agree the Z is very overweight for a 2 door sports car!

Get the Honda if your uncle is going to pay!!! right on!

If you have to pay either direction, then get the Z300.
The Z300 is a much nicer looking car and it's safer than the Accord if you look at the accident statistics.
