The 4 lug Honda Accord share the same pattern. 4x114.3
4 lug Civic are 4x100.

not all of them are universal accord and prelude wheels can not be used on a civic.

no, some hondas have different bolt patterns than others (especially the newer ones)

depends on what year. ive seen ac integra wheels on honda civics or honda civic wheels on a toyota corolla or celica. so it depends.
