i'm rebuilding my 440. is it worth the extra money to go for the advantages of a stroker kit? it'd be a 496. rotating assembly is getting reworked anyway. should i go for it? i want to, and there don't seem to be any drawbacks.

Is it something simple like a fuse? Is it easy to take the door panel off to investigate the problem? Thanks!

My friend has a 1996 Dodge Stratus with a 2.4 Liter auto transmission in it. It does not leak oil or does not have blue looking smoke coming out of it or anything but she has to add 1/2 quart of oil about every 1500 miles. Where is the oil going? oh yeah, it has around 120,000 miles on it and she keeps it serviced very well.

I have a 1999 Intrepid with engine problems, surprise surprise, it has the 2.7L. Now, I've been trying to find a way to fix this car with my meager economic resources. My dad says he knows where I can get a 3.2L, but it's an older vehicle. My guess would be early to mid 90's at best, it's also a Plymouth van. So, any automotive experts out there who can offer an opinion? Could it possibly work in my car?

I drove a Dodge Neon recently & it was a fantastic car! Material/Interior quality was OK, but the performance was top-notch. Handled very well even when I was driving at 80-90mph :p, steering and braking were perfect. I also drove through a mountain road (no lane markings or signposts - both ways on a narrow single lane & no proper road pavement, drove on gravel and sand!!!) it performed very well. All-in-all, it was as good as the Nissan Sentra (both V4 engines), but I felt the interior of the Sentra was better.

I have a 2006 Charger and have had various problems. The back windows wouldn't roll down, then the alarm system malfunctioned in Vegas and it took us 3 weeks to get the car back, and now I'm having problems with the keys unarming and arming the car and unlocking and locking the doors and trunk.

Are these cars lemons or am I just unlucky?

the key tumblers have been removed and i can turn the ignition on with a screwdriver, but it won't start. the only way to start it is to jump the contacts on the starter relay under the hood. when i turn the screwdriver i can hear a click. the question is: should i start with a new relay or ignition switch?

I own a 2004 Ford diesel and havent had any problems with it. But most people I know just think the Dodge is the greatest thing but 95% have had major mechecial problems in there 1st year. I wont even start with people that own dodges that are at least 1998-2004 models gas or diesel. The engines seem ok but its the rest of the crap dodge has that sucks. And yet with all the problems they still cant admit they are crap but continue to throw money into the. WHY THE LOVE FOR DODGE? THEY SUCK!!!
