I've got a '73 Charger SE with a 318 that I plan on replacing after I finish up the bodywork. Has anyone installed a 360 or 402 crate motor & were any serious problems incurred? By serious, I mean did you wind up having to swap out the K-frame etc. I'd also like to keep the AC, so what caveats are there with that?
If you're a Mopar hater & plan on responding with something "funny", try to be more original than "Mostly Old Parts And Rust".
For the "Mopar or No Car" people, thanks for taking the time to answer.

my buddy has 1, he left the lights on at work , drained the battery, jumped it and it would turn over but not run long, just a few secounds, while he was on the phone with the dealer I turned the key on and off several times, and it started and stayed running,, we had a really big laugh, but then a few months later another buddys wife left her lights on , on her dodge van, same thing he jumped it forever, wouldnt run long, turned the key on and off several times started right up, my question is what does turning the key on and off do??

Please let me know what you think represents a dodge car (Charger, Magnum..) - such as colors (would you have The top one color and the rest another, etc.) and what graphics would you put on it if any?

I have a 96 dodge intrepid and it my steering has gone banannas. It eather pulls to the right or left (whatever it feels like doing) and the steering wheel feels extremly loose in steering. The car also makes a loud clicking noise. (mostly when turning right) I have had my car alined and my wheels are balanced. The alinement place says my Rack and Pinion must be replace but it was replace only 5 months or about 6,000 miles ago (a repair that cost me $1100) along with the tie-rods. What should I do would a warranty be honored (or can they arguee i've been driving roughly) or could it be another problem?

I replacedthe cap and rotor button, wires and plugs, yes they are gapped right. Yes, the wires are on right, checked it three times. Ive rotated them once clockwise and once counterclockwise from the original position. Plus, no codes are coming up from the computer. Help please, only if you really really know what is going on.

I'm looking at a Magnum. I think they're going to be the next hot thing since SUVs became popular. My husband says it's just a fad and the resale value will be next to nothing.

What cha think?
