does anybody knw if headers are goin to be illegal in PA>? just bought some headmens for 96 dodge neon?

iam from pa. and i guess they would be legal as long as you keep the noise down.you might ask someone that inspects cars,they should know.

I doubt if the headers themselves will be illegal,as long as they have all the necessary hook-ups for emissions (If PA has law that no equipment dealing with emissions can be changed from factory supplied,then yes,illegal)
where the rub usually comes in ,is the noise level . So keep it quiet.
