any full size van would work.
Is this van going to be used for full wheelchair access? (I.e. the driver is in a wheelchair and will be driving via hand controls?)
Ford, Chevy or Dodge. I've seen more setups for wheelchair access by Ford than chevy & dodge.

If it's going to be a full conversion, the Toyota Sienna is very nice. If it's just going to be a simple lift or portable ramp install, any van works as good as the next.

Ford E series is the top seller full size van in the U.S.
With a sliding side door, and creature comforts.
