It has twin fans to help cool the radiator but they do not turn on. I was told the temp sending unit may need to be replaced. Any idea if replacing this would solve the problem and does anyone know where it would be located on a 96 Dodge Neon? We can't seem to find it. Thanks for the help! :-)

I have a 2004 dodge dakota and was wondering what would be involved in changing out my manual 5 spd 4x4 for a manual 6 spd 4x4 and will it lower my rpms in high gear
