dodge sprinter just has diesel?

Question

Why does dodge sprinter only have diesel option and how come they dont have either gasolone choices? how about they can have either gasoline or diesel?

The sprinter is built by mercedes in germany. They would never think of using a gasoline engine in a large van. Don't be afraid of this motor, as it get over 25mpg and lasts well over 300000 miles. Great motor.
