You didn't give the year, so I went with a 2004, since the mileage is so low. For a 2004 Dodge Ram 2500, with the Laramie package, 4WD, off-road package, and 8ft bed the average trade-in is $28,875, and they average retail price is $32,675. This may or may not be the actual price, because you didn't give alot of info on your truck.

IMO, you will never get what Kelly Blue Book suggests. I had a 2000 Camaro Z28 that booked for 12K. Ended up getting 8K out of it, which should have been the trade-in value. Instead got offered 6K for it.
Anyways, I happen to be a dodge nut, and I've priced quite a few trucks like yours. As said before, without the year, you cant get a real solid price.
If you're truck is a 94-98.5 12-valve cummins, with that kind of mileage, you should expect to recieve about 12-14K for it.
It its a 98.5-2002 model 24-valve, you should be able to get an easy 18-20K for it.
If its a 2003-2004 common rail 555, you should get around 25K out of it.
I've never priced a 05-06 600-series common rail, because they're out of my price range. Other factors will come into play such as if its leather interior, regular cab, quad cab, crew cab, etc. Hope this helps

Even the Kelley blue book needs to know what model year the truck is. Check with your bank. They'll give you the resale and wholesale values.
