Please let me know what you think represents a dodge car (Charger, Magnum..) - such as colors (would you have The top one color and the rest another, etc.) and what graphics would you put on it if any?

What don't you people get about "CAR" I didn't ask about a truck I asked about the dodge cars. So if someone has a suggestion about a dodge car then please answer this question. Thanks!

For the Mopar Haters, go **** yourselves. That being said...

The ram symbol was created back in the 1930s. http://www.allpar.com/corporate/bios/fairbanks.html
So, in a sense that & the pentastar have always represented Dodge/Chrysler. However, in relating to what car, I'd have to go with the Charger. In particular, the '69 R/T model which is considered highly collectible. It's instantly recognizable & made more famous by the "Dukes of Hazzard" TV series & movie.
Engine would have to be either the 426 Hemi with Rat Roaster manifold sporting two 4-bbl carbs or the 440 6-pack. Tranny is the 833 4-speed with pistol grip shifter. Throw in the Dana 60 rearend as well.
Body color would either be "Charger Red" or "Hemi Orange" with the R/T stripe package, black vinyl roof & black interior.
If not the '69, then the '71 R/T which introduced a new body style, more decal/stripe packages & high impact colors to choose from: "Plum Crazy", "Top Banana Yellow", "Green Go" & "Citron Yella".

Mopar or No Car!

Welcome to the world of the BEST cars EVER made, no cookie cutter Found on Road Dead or Chevy's. Way to go. We own a beautiful hot 2006 Dodge Charger R/T, with a road and track package, the color is Silver Steele, and has very dark tinted windows with a very tasteful spoiler, we decided to buy the old original Charger emblem to put on the back instead of the Block letter emblem, we went with the one that was on the 68 it looks great. Not really in to graphics or anything else on the car and it looks more sleek with less "stuff" on it. We love our Charger and as usual Chrysler is on the cutting edge of design and leaving all the others behind. Can't wait to see the new "old" Challengers when they come out!! Leaving all the others in the dust as always!!

First off, the reason you got a lot of truck responses is that the Dodge truck engines are referred to as the "Magnum" engines. So it's a bit confusing, marketingwise, that they then introduced a car called the Magnum that doesn't have the Magnum engine, per say.

Now, on to the question:
I like the Magnum Sport Wagon. Mine is a 2006 SXT AWD. The HEMI is completely not needed-250 HP off the 3.5L V-6 is quite a strong engine. And yes, I test drove both.

The best look is not to add any of that ridiculous "bling"-ghetto crap. Debadged is the best look. Clean, and free of the factory grafitti. Makes people wonder more what it is. It gets a lot more attention that way.

The best color? Something dark. Mine is dark blue, but black and the dark red work well on it, too. White/pearl just makes it look like a rental.

For now I like the burnt orange color charger w/ the hemi graphics and the ground effects, but when Dodge starts producing the Challenger that will be the top car for Dodge

A Ram with a faded light blue or orange color to go along with that whole Hemi thing. Also some light grey fabric or fake leather seats and no real graphics exept for subtle details, such as rust marks, or "racing stripes"

Found on Road Dead = FORD
Fix Or Repair Daily = Ford

Personally, I'd take a silver crew cab shortbed 4x4 Ram 3500 with the cummins 600 series setup with a PPE Xcellerator HOT program. Should be good for 21 mpg and 500+ hp :)

Give it a five tone rust pattern, so the real rust doesn't show in three years.
