Open the hood...on top of the headlight assembly should be 2 or 3 screws,...most likely torx bit...remove them and it comes out just like that.

If it is the same as my 99 Intrepid. Two long bolts that are visable when you open the hood, easy to get to. Not a big head, like Doge Man said, 10mm, I remember smaller like an 8mm but I could be wrong. Once the two bolts are out pull the headlight assembly forward and unplug the halogen bulb and the take out the turn signal bulb pig tail and you should have the unit in your hands. I heard buffing compound gets the plastic face on the headlight unit clear again as I know mine is frosted pretty bad.

you have to raise the hood on it,and it bolts in from the back,,look for the bolt heads that are 10mm in size, and they are what removes it,,be sure when you get it out so far that you unhook the wires from it,,and then finish taking it out,,be care full putting it back in,,they tend to want to scratch the fender,,good luck i hope this help,s.,PS it has an adjustment on it,,and it shouldn't effect it if you line it back up the right way,,good luck with it.,,i did forget about the screws that are on the top of it.i just got done working a 12 hour shift, and im a little tired,,good luck.
