get out yer caliber pliers an go to town. i done found that t be the easiest way what fer to get em off.

1) remove wheel, 2)remove brake line from top of caliper, 3) remove the two bolts from the back (engine side) of the caliper, 4) remove caliper, 5) install new caliper in old calipers place, with bolts from old caliper and old brake pads unless you are replacing them to, 6) fill new caliper up completely with brake fluid (very important DO NOT FORGET) 7) reattach brake line to newly installed caliper, 8) bleed brake system before operating, 9)put wheel back on. 10)All done.

If you are talking about the Calipers on a Durango then you should just take it to a shop and get it done. It's a pretty simple and straight forward task and if you need to ask then you should let a professional do it.
