I have a 2006 Charger and have had various problems. The back windows wouldn't roll down, then the alarm system malfunctioned in Vegas and it took us 3 weeks to get the car back, and now I'm having problems with the keys unarming and arming the car and unlocking and locking the doors and trunk.

Are these cars lemons or am I just unlucky?

I would look into having the computer module that controls all of these items swapped as this vehicle could be still under warranty if you have not driven beyond the mileage limits.

These problems all sound related. All of these electronic items are controlled by the smae computer. So far the Chrysler 300, Dodge Magnum, and Dodge Charger have excellent relaibility records. Those who told you to buy GM must be smoking crack. Of the American auto makers Ford, GM, and Chrysler, GM has by far the worst reliabilty ratings over the last 3 yrs.
