Somebody tried to break into my 2002 Acura 3.5RL when I was in Iraq. The front right door glass has scratches from a brick and a dent the size of a tennis ball on the rear right fender from the same brick. Repair costs estimates are $186 for the glass, $352 for the dent. The front left fog light seal is broken and has water in it ($140ish), the glasses holder in the roof is broken ($100ish), a few minor light bulbs in the dash (fan dial, fog light button, CC and traction control button) and a few driver's door lights (window lock and rear view mirror control area) are burnt out ($?). The car just received a brand new OEM condenser, tensioner and belt via the warranty. The tires have very little tread left. I need to sell the car to prepare my exit out of the Army in 19 months so I can move back home. I need a cheap truck to tote my drums around. I just sold my 92 Honda Accord station wagon for 2K. The cash is making my mind spin! What is the best thing to do? My brother says do nothing

I lease purchased a car specifically as a taxi.Car broke down within 6 months of contract.Could'nt earn money. dealer took 4 weeks to repair under warranty.i could'nt keep repayments up so defaulted.lease company repossessed car and charged me over £2000 in broken contract costs. am currently paying off gradually. do i have to pay them ?

he co signed then came and paid the remaining 2 payments and then took the car and the title from the bank. his name was not on the title or vehicle registration. only co signed the loan. called us back and said we could have the car back if we paid him 200 more dollars than the loan had left that he paid off. car is now nowhere to be seen, police won't do anything stating it's a civil matter. what can i do to get my car and what can be done, i need help badly.

i want to buy a car this summer. I have talked to a few car dealers, looked at hundreds of cars on the net. I know what kind of car i want to get, but not sure on how to pay for it. I would like to pay cash for the car, but when i talked to a car dealer he wasn't intrested in me paying cash. He was like fill out a credit application,then when i get your credit record we can go from there.He told me that i could use my cash as a down payment on a nicer car than what i was looking at. i filled out the credit application, he called me a few days later saying he could get me into a car with high payments, and needed a big amount of money down. I told him thank you, i would get back to him. Any good suggestions on what would be a good way to purchase a decent car?

I am a "new kid on the block" when it comes to EBay, I have listed my Van and have received 1 bid ( Not Enough) however, if I do get what I want- how do I complete the transaction? I have a 1994 hyundai scoupe 2door, It has about 112,000 miles on it. It has a cd player and FM AM radio, ac, alloy wheels and front air bag on the driver side. The body is in great condition but whats wrong with it is the tire wall its all rusted out and needs fixed. The back brakes needs new ones and the fan to the motor needs installed I have the part. I put a new gastank in it, a new strunt and string on the tire. I have two brand new tires, brand new battery, I got a new front window, so all together I have about $1,000 into it. I'm new at saleing cars and why I'm saleing is because I'm going to be getting a newer car this Monday. So i was just wondering if anyone could tell me whats the best price to put on it..

When leasing a car, if you lease from a dealership that owns several other dealerships, can you lease a car from one of their other dealerships? I leased a Mazda from a dealer who also owns a Volkswagen, a Toyota, and a few other dealerships in the area. Would my lease terms be good there as well? Thanks!

Hi. I have a Sea Doo jet boat, it weighs about 1600 LBS with the trailer if i'm correct, and I'm looking to purchase a car to tow it with. I used to have a Lexus ES300 and I put a hitch on that and had no problem towing it. But I no longer have the Lexus and I'm looking to purchase a cheap car for towing. I'm willing to spend max 2000 dollars, since I'm gonna use the car just to get to and from the lake on weekends. What would you car would you recommend? Thanks

I resently tried to buy a car through Nissan approved pre-owned lot. I gave them a trade-in, a down payment, and signed the contract. Now they come at me almost two months later and say they need a co-sign or to return the vehicle. Is this legal?
