In the time I spend researching, I save money, you need at least 2 but really 3-4 thousand and yes, more is better.

This method really hurts at first, but you kinda get used to it, and the rewards you get from looking for the needle in the haystack almost always pay off.

Try autotrader.com or your local paper to see what people are selling around your town. I am sure someone is selling a car for cheap somewhere. Just make sure you have the money for insurance and registration.
